Lighting and Post Processing

Preparing for the first build, as the technical artist, I modified the lighting and added in post processing. This process allowed me to alter the look of the game scene, control the colour scheme and ultimately create a more immersive environment.
For the lighting I added simple, hard shadows from a one point light source. This light source have a slight yellowish tint so as to mimic the sun.

For the post processing, I tried to accentuate the feeling of an island surrounded by water so I used cooler colours. I tried to brighten the shadow and added lesser bloom, making the scene not too dark or bright.

This is also a sneak peak of our game's procedural land mass generation that is still a work in progress.
